2.吊籃操作工應認真參加培訓，經考核合格后方可上吊籃施工，吊籃操作工應知應會培訓由工程部組織進行，吊籃廠家派員指導。
3.吊籃操作人員一切行動要聽指揮，不得在吊籃內聊天、打鬧，施工時要求集中精力，小心謹慎，安全。
4.所有吊籃操作人員發現吊籃運行問題要立即向現場機電工或項目管理人員匯報，請示解決。不可隱瞞或違章亂動吊籃及其配重等。
5.非經培訓人員不得擅自操作吊籃。
6.吊籃操作人員在吊籃運作中要注意保護成品，不得碰損外墻，在搬運移動吊籃時要小心輕放，鋪墊木塊等，避免集中受力壓損屋面。
7.吊籃操作人員要注意對吊籃進行保護，完工時要清理干凈，關掉電源，蓋好電機，置于地面上，需要懸掛在空中的吊籃要采取相應的固定措施。
8.吊籃上施工人員要求做到文明安全施工，對于不聽指揮，不遵守安全制度的現象，公司將會給予嚴厲處罰。
