電動(dòng)吊籃前橫梁坐落在懸掛機(jī)構(gòu)的前支架上，而前支架的馬鞍和前橫梁的連接是兩條M14螺栓，前支架升降部分的支撐還是靠兩條M14螺栓支撐。前橫梁和前支架的各兩條M14螺栓如果能均勻受力,再從承重鏈往前看，電動(dòng)吊籃的整個(gè)受力鏈上也不存在問題。但受到加工精度的限制,此兩處的螺栓實(shí)際受力也只是M14一條螺栓所承受的載荷。由于平安繩與吊籃架體的連接，因?yàn)槔K均采用直徑不小于φ13mm鋼絲繩通長到底布置。正是平安繩的安全使用，才使得電動(dòng)吊籃有了安全性的保障。
電動(dòng)吊籃利用鋼絲繩兜出吊籃架底與保險(xiǎn)繩卡牢(少4扣)每卡一次留有不大于是1m升降量，吊籃萬一從承重鋼絲繩或鋼絲鏈桿上脫落，平安繩就起到吊住吊籃架的作用。如果采用鋼筋鏈桿作承重吊桿，則先把安全繩與鋼筋鏈桿掛在已固定好的屋頂挑梁上，然后，把倒鏈掛在鋼筋鏈桿的鏈桿上下部吊住電動(dòng)吊籃，利用倒鏈升降。因?yàn)榈规溞谐逃邢蓿虼嗽谏颠^程中，要多次倒替倒鏈，人工將倒鏈升降，如此接力升降。
